1. Sweat It Out

If you have access to one, indulging in a sauna session can help detoxify the body, improve circulation, and aid muscle recovery. Saunas also boosts endorphin levels, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

2. Soak Your Stress Away

We’re not just talking about any bath here. Draw a warm tub, add a generous scoop of bath salts (we love a good magnesium soak to soothe those tired muscles), and a splash of apple cider vinegar for a gentle detox.

A few drops of your favourite essential oil for aromatherapy.

3. Hair TLC

After a week of sun and saltwater (or dry shampoo, we won’t judge!), your hair deserves some love.

Start with a nourishing shampoo and conditioner, followed by a hydrating hair mask. Let it work its magic while you relax in the tub, then finish with a few drops of hair serum to tame those flyaways.

4. Soothe Your Feet

Treat your feet to a luxurious soak. Fill a basin with warm water and dissolve a generous handful of Epsom salts.

Use a foot file or an electronic callus remover (we love the Amope Pedi Perfect!) to gently slough away any rough patches. Then, finish with a rich foot cream to lock in moisture and leave your feet feeling baby-soft.

5. Smooth & Soften Your Skin

Dry brushing is a beloved practice among beauty gurus for good reason. It boosts circulation and exfoliates your skin like no other.

Follow up with a shower or bath, then slather on your favourite body lotion or oil for a truly decadent experience.

6. Shape & Define Your Brows

Whether it’s a quick pluck or a full-on shaping session, dedicating time to your brows can make a world of difference.

We’ve been loving the “clean brow” trend that’s been popping up on TikTok. It’s all about achieving a natural, polished look – think threading or careful tweezing for a subtle arch.

7. Extract & Detoxify

If blackheads or clogged pores are getting you down, channel your inner esthetician with a skin spatula and some Japanese cleansing oil (we’ve seen amazing results on YouTube!). Follow up with a soothing mask like the Korean Mugwort mask to calm any irritation.

8. Banish Blemishes Overnight

Had a breakout this week? No worries! Pop on a pimple patch before bed and wake up to a less angry, less noticeable blemish.

9. Hydrate & Soothe Tired Eyes

Our eyes often show the first signs of fatigue, so treat them to a hydrating eye mask or some cooling cucumber slices. A gentle massage with your ring finger also helps reduce the puffiness.

10. Nourish Your Hair & Scalp

Massage a natural oil like coconut or argan oil into your scalp and hair, leave it on for a few hours (or overnight!) to hydrate your locks, then shampoo and condition as usual.

A friend of mine swears by her weekly coconut oil hair mask, and her hair always looks so shiny and healthy.

11. Pre-Shower Hair Treatment

For an extra boost of hydration and shine, try a pre-shower treatment like the Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3. Simply apply it to damp hair, leave it on for at least 10 minutes, then wash it out in the shower.

12. Boost Your Collagen

After your skincare routine, layer on a collagen-boosting serum or moisturizer for an extra dose of anti-aging goodness.

I started using a collagen serum a few months ago, and I can’t believe the difference it has made in my skin’s firmness and glow. It’s like giving your skin a revitalizing hug every morning!

13. Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Staying hydrated is key to maintaining glowing skin and overall health. Add a slice of lemon or cucumber for a refreshing twist.

Self-care is personal

Remember, self-care is personal, so feel free to adapt these rituals to your own preferences and needs. The most important thing is to take some time for yourself and recharge. Now go forth and glow, gorgeous!
